Delivery Methods

Colissimo Pickup Point Delivery

€9.99 per order, free delivery on orders over €100, delivery in 3 to 4 business days

WARNING: This carrier is not eligible for bulky items for which other carriers are offered.

Choose the Pickup Point of your choice among those offered near your location (Metropolitan France and Monaco) when choosing the delivery method for your order on our website www.debuyer.com. During this step, for each Pickup Point, you can discover the opening days and hours as well as a map for access.

Your package will be delivered directly to the Pickup Point of your choice. Delivery times are calculated in business days, which means from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed before 11 a.m., the delivery time starts from the day of the order. If it is placed after 11 a.m., it starts the next day.

You will be informed by email of the arrival of your package at the Pickup Point, along with a reminder of the opening days and hours as well as the access map.

You have 8 days to pick up your order at the Pickup Point, starting from the first notification of the arrival of your package at the Pickup Point.

Colissimo Delivery by La Poste

De Buyer offers Colissimo delivery (Metropolitan France)

The indicated time corresponds to the average time observed from the order date. The delivery times are calculated in business days, which means from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. If the order is placed before 11 a.m., the delivery time starts on the same day. For an order placed after 11 a.m., it starts the next day.

Once the package is prepared by us and handed over to the carrier, it will be delivered to you by La Poste within an indicative period of 48/72 hours, either directly to your mailbox if it is large enough or to your address.

If you are not at home when the mail carrier comes or if your mailbox is not large enough, a notice of passage will be left in your mailbox, allowing you to choose online on the same day as the notice before midnight a new delivery date within 6 business days or to pick up your package the next day at 3 p.m. at the post office of your choice. If you do not make a choice, you will be able to pick up your package at your local post office within a maximum of 15 days.

For deliveries to DOM / TOM (French overseas departments and territories): For your information, we do not currently deliver to the DOM-TOM.

To track the return process of your package, please contact your shipping provider, who will provide you with the tracking links for your package.

After receiving your order in our warehouses, we need to validate the contents of the package to ensure that the products are not incomplete, damaged, or soiled. Once this step is completed, we can proceed with a refund.

The average time frame for this process is 15 days after receiving the package at our facilities.

If the package arrives damaged, you can refuse to accept it when the Colissimo courier delivers it to you (in the case of signature-required delivery).

If the items are damaged, we recommend taking photos of the products showing defects and then contacting our customer service.

Delivery times may be temporarily extended for reasons of processing, shipping or delivery with our carriers.
