Boil water, add the Chinese noodles, and cook. Drain the noodles and cool them. Place them in a bowl with a drizzle of sesame oil.
Peel and finely chop the garlic, onion, and ginger.
Peel the carrots and cut them into small sticks.
In a wok, heat the sunflower oil. Fry the garlic, onion, and ginger mixture without coloring.
Add the carrots.
Cut the flank steaks into strips and add them to the wok.
Stir-fry everything, then add the soy sauce followed by the noodles.
Sauté and serve immediately.
Top with fresh coriander leaves before enjoying.
