Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in the MINERAL B pan.
Fry the quartered nectarines for 2 minutes on each side.
Set aside.
Place the two slices of bread in the MINERAL B pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side with the nectarine juices. Set aside.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in the Affinity pan.
Sear the thickly sliced tomatoes for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Spread the hummus on your slices of bread.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika and poppy seeds.
Arrange the tomato slices and nectarine quarters and sprinkle with a little flower of salt and sesame seeds.
Garnish with basil leaves.
