Chakchouka Bianka

Ingredients

  • 400 g of fresh spinach
  • 100 g of parmesan
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of zatar

  • 1 loaf of parmesan bread
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 40 cl of cream

Preparation

Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic.

Heat a knob of butter in the ALCHIMY LOQY pan. Sauté the shallots and garlic gently.

Wash, trim, and dry the spinach. Add it to the pan and wilt over medium heat.

Add the cream, season with salt and pepper.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Pour the egg whites into the pan and stir for 5-6 minutes.

Toast the slices of parmesan bread. Add the egg yolks to the pan along with the parmesan.

Enjoy generously with the toasted bread slices.
