Cooking time : 15 min
Peel and chop the garlic cloves, herbs and onions.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the meat and mix again until well blended.
Form stuffing into sausages and insert DEBUYER skewers.
Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place the sausages on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake for 15 mins.
Serve piping hot.
