Description

Perforated round pie pan with low edge, in 1 mm thick aluminium. Tray is both lightweight and sturdy.
Used for cooking tarts, quiches, pizzas, flamenküches... for golden and crusty pastry bases.
10mm diameter holes: shape, size and spacing designed to optimise cold or hot air circulation.
Excellent diffusion of heat and cold; very good temperature transmission.
Uniform deep and blast-freezing, freezing and refrigeration results.
Thick, lightweight and sturdy tray.
Tip: pie pan to be used with baking paper or a silicone mat.
Do not use with liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Do not use with small food items or for making very small pastries.
Do not heat empty. Do not overheat.
